Clean up and animate photogrammetry


Beginners questions: I have used photogrammetry to scan a building. The mesh got really big so first of all I need to clean it up, what is the simpliest way to do so?
I also want to use that mesh and animate it. How can I do that?
Later I want to import the scen with the mesh into unity, is there something extra I need to think about?
