I’m using the Alt-B clipping, but in edit mode, points that are not visible due to the border are still selected by e.g. circle select. Am I missing something or is this a bug? It’s making retopo very difficult…
Hmmm… I found this bug from 2.78 – it was closed as “invalid”, hopefully for some other reason. But it makes me wonder: the circle select should not select points clipped by the clipping border, right?

It works when x-ray mode is enabled, but when it’s disabled, clipped vertices can be selected.
