Thanks  So is your comment :sparkles:

Fantastic work.

I’m still fairly new to Blender. I’m curious about the lighting. I see 3 area lights in your screen shot. Is there anything else? An HDRI or just those lights?

I’m also curious about the gemstones. Is it a principled or some combination of glass and transparent materials or something else? Is there a Fresnel or something else too?

Is it ok for me to ask all these questions?

Thanks. Questions are welcome, even if indeed I can’t answer everything, in my profession I still have the feeling that some secrecy is required and most people understand that.

For the lights, it’s HDR and lights.
Diamonds are PBR based. I will talk a bit more about that in an upcoming article. Indeed I can’t fully divulge how I do as it would be unfair to too many of my clients, but at least I can say the methods I have tested and why I don’t use them. Thank you in advance for your comprehension
