Hi!
I want to end up with a model of a Newton’s cradle with shiny, reflective spheres and cradle.

It should be something like the first image except for three things .[1] The base should be a continuation of the cradle as in the second image (below), [2] the string should be grey as in the second image, and [3] I do not want any poses, vertex groups, modifiers, animations, etc. Everything should be ‘applied’ so I can then do the animation myself.
