Cloth / Grass simulation


I need to do a simulation of a piece of cloth (a thin one) falling on a grass field and I find it’s quite hard to manage inside blender. For now the best result I could achieve was made using dynamic paint with a weight map and using this group on the length of the hair system. But of course it’s not visually accurate enough. Do you think of any suitable solution ?

Simulations is not my strongest quality, but what if you let the Grass be a collision object?
