Can anyone give me a good cloth tutorial for blender?
If you are totally new to soft bodies, check out the soft body video tutorial here:

That will give you the basic idea of soft bodies, which can be used in a very limited way for some cloth effects.
You will have a lot of problems if you try to dress your characters up in soft body clothes though. Blender doesn’t yet have a good cloth simulation system yet. I think there is one in the works, so maybe in the next release or two there will be something to play with.
