Check your modifier stack. Not exactly sure what the correct order is, but I think Cloth should be first.
It also looks like you might need to lower the Self Collision Distance.
There was no modifiers in the stack, however I dropped the distance from its default to .02’ and that seemed to fix it – I really appreciate the help. New to cloth and soft body sims so I’m going through the motions of all the errors and troubleshooting, thanks again!
