I’m working on creating some clothes for characters for use in Unity. I modeled a bodice to start. I used a sewing pattern I found on the internet as reference.
I then used Modelling Cloth add-on to sew together the pieces.
I had to adjust her pose a little so the straps wouldn’t fall off the shoulders. After letting the simulation stabilize I baked the cloth to a mesh.
I think the result is pretty decent. I’m planning to try this method to create a whole series of clothing.
I still have the template and can fit it onto any female figure,
