CMU BVH Visualizer

Carnegie Mellon University’s motion capture initiative (http://mocap.cs.cmu.edu/) is a goldmine of mocap data. But, despite these invaluable resources, I faced challenges in visualizing and exploring these animations. The BVH files are readily downloadable. However, as far as I know, there is no simple way to visualize the animations.

So I’ve generated sample demo animation for each CMU BVH and made them available via easily navigable github page.

The main git hub page of the CMU BVH Visualizer contains links to all the animation categories. Clicking on any of these links will take you to a page that shows visualization of all the related animations as animated gifs, so that if you just want to browse and visualize the animation, you don’t need to download and play anything.
Once you find something suitable, just click the link in the first column and you will get the zipped BVH file.

Alternatively you can find a single zip with BVH data of individual categories directly from cgspeed.

Your valuable feedback and suggestions are most welcome
