Looks absolutely fantastic!
Not to be picky at all, and I could be completely wrong here… but it seems almost everything is out of proportion?
Ian Hubert inspired art I guess.
In my opinion it lacks moths to feel more real
I know what you mean, possibly the depth of field is too shallow for the focal length, giving it a kind of tilt-shift effect…
like horror game
You’re not off base, @Amanda . The depth of field blur makes it look like it is a miniature. Tons of detail and grunge, but it feels like it is a diorama. Either changing the scene scale to be more real-world or using a larger F-Stop value could bring it back into the realm of life-size. Additionally, if this was a real-world camera, it feels like it’d only be about 3 feet off the ground. That makes it feel like we are looking through the eyes of a child.
Is it me, or these happy colors and bright light make a strongly oppose the grungy and dirtiness. It’s tricks like these, that make interesting combinations.
