The line goes through the hook instead of bypassing it. The line is made with a soft body. I added a collision to the hook. And in the soft body settings, I checked the self collision, but it still doesn’t work in this case. When I make a straight line and plane underneath it it normally works, in the case of a lap it doesn’t work
when I make it in a new blender file, it works, but when I try in the file I posted here, it doesn’t work despite changing the settings. Could you try fixing this in my file I shared? I care about maintaining the distance and the size of the hook and hitch. Please, maybe I’m asking too much of you, but it’s important to me. i wants to know why it doesn’t work here.
Thank you very much!! but still nothing :(. As I wrote in a separate file, it works. What I care about the most is the size of the hook and line. That’s why I’m struggling to make it in this file, but even in a new one of this size I can’t do it. It’s like it’s too small and the whole line starts to shake, a lot. When I tried in your file, your elements were reduced to the size it needs it also shakes and breaks.
It is strange that size should affect the action itself :((((
see what the size difference is mine on the left. Do you think it’s even possible to do it like mine - small? Because that’s what I absolutely need
