Collison sensor with bones?

hi all,
here i am again trying to get some issues solved,i need to set up a collision sensor for the walk cycle and others,but i noticed that collision dont work with bones and am wonderimg why?
i tried to set the bones to dynamic but still not coins =/
what should i do in order to make the character bones walk only when it collides to the floor or any other bones action?

oka lemme rephrase it:
i wanted to k now how to make the bones action activate only when it collides to the floor(with floor property) but for that i would have to set it to dynamic right? but after altering from static to dynamic nothing happens!!
any clue on how to get around this?
