Comic work with help of Blender

Was passing by and i just had to stop and say, wonderful work, wonderful use of Blender, hope you continue and hope the story is as amazing as the artwork. Best of luck, God bless  Thanks for the inspiration

Exceptional work! Would love to hear more about your process - but looking forward to more about the project in any case…!

Your use of 3D in a 2D medium is very respectable and creative. Good work!

being a huge manga and anime fan, i am loving your work!!

thank you guys! I have update the post for some expiation. our next issue will plan to release around 25th this month. so 3weeks to finish one issue this time. (issue 1 cost three months )we could make it faster  one screenshot for your curious, and we use blender to create the trees

Wow, the style you produced is awesome, looking forward to buying a copy of the final comic. To achieve those comic results I assume you heavily used 2D software such as Photoshop to paint over? I am curious as to how you did that… would be nice to have a time lapse video of the process!!

Thanks
Gat

Sooo much style!! The screen above looks a little more 2D than the rest, a very painted feel to it, just amazed it was done in blender. How much post was done in Photoshop?

Incredible work

Awesome job! The girl looks like she’s about to fall flat on her face. Weird pose. Brilliant work though, especially the subway shot.

To Razorblades comments, I’d say its really just a comic with a different look. While not traditional I’d say its just as valid creatively speaking. Its merging two different types of art, not unlike painting a mural on a vase. I don’t think this type of comic should or will replace traditionally hand draw comics but seems like there is room for both. These look great! Compositing those together must be really rewarding work!

Cool use of Blender, love it!

Amamzing stuff.
It’s cool to see how you make it look like a drawing.

Man you rock buddy! This is excellent infect you can create a whole game using this city with latest graphics nice seriously nice.

Inspirational! Keep up the fantastic work

awesome work.

Cool stuff

Wow. Your work on this is truly inspiring and great. I’ve always wanted to create a comic book as well, but don’t know where to begin. Now I’m inspired to try again, but I’m sure it would not be as great as yours. Amazing work!

How did you make streak effect for train?Did you make 3d lines or used photoshop?

Love it! Blender can create really great 2D looking images. I want to create a tutorial for this. Good work bro, best of luck to you

My mouth is literally hanging open here. I’m absolutely amazed that those background for the comic were 3D scenes. Amazing job!

beautiful work. Is there any way you could post some of your renders from Blender Internal before they are painted in Photoshop?
Thanks for sharing
