Sorry for the delay here. I have gone ahead and removed the following files from the system:
@pfaffman One thing I don’t understand is why this topic wasn’t actually deleted? I marked it as such, yet it still remained in our database. Shouldn’t it be auto-cleaned?

Deleted topics stay in the database.
I’m not sure which “this” topic you’re talking about. If it’s this one we’re in now, I don’t know. If it’s the topic that linked to the images in question, what’s supposed to happen is those images get moved to tombstone, and eventually deleted (when those things happen is determined bysystem settings).
