Complex NavMesh doesn't work

Right now I’m playing around with a 3D version of Another World, but I’ve encounted a problem.

My characters won’t follow the navmesh that’s made from the environment. I have tried “NavMesh Reset Index Value” with no effect, I’ve also tried to bake new ones. It seems like this problem occurs as soon has the navmesh get a little more complex. Does anyone have a solution?

I’ve include the file. The working Navmesh is on the second layer the working (which the characters is set to follow at start).

To tryout the layer I want to work you have to change from “NavMesh” till “NavMesh.001” inside the characters steering logic.

Nobody?.. I know there’s some really smart people out there.
