The add-on Destructive Extrude is back! Or maybe I should say a new version in it’s place. The point why I’m writing about this here is that it looks to simply boolean a selected face as far as one can drag. If a face is properly cut, one can Destructive Extrude it away into a hole. It’s available under the alt+E extrude menu when installed. With this we can come closer to working like in SketchUp. Hopefully it will gain a button in the left menu.
