Control multiple chains of bones with one bone/slider?

So I have 4 chains of bones, each of them at slightly different positions along the main spine of the model. I’m wondering if there’s a way to set a “folded” position and an “open” position and have a bone I move to just move these bones through that range. Sort of like a fish’s fin I suppose, with the middle of the range being the rest position.

Is this possible?
