Converting "Inherit Rotation" option in an animation

Hey, I’m trying to convert an animation which requires “Inherit Rotation” to be turned off on all bones into an animation that has “Inherit Rotation” turned on. Is this possible to achieve and how could I do that?

Sure. Copy world space transforms via bone constraints from bones in armature without inherit rotation to bones in armature with inherit rotation. Then bake visual keyframes.
