Copy & Paste Single Modifier to different Objects

Hi,

Is anyone aware of a way to copy/paste a certain modifier from one object to another??

Select the objects that are going to get the modifier, then the object with the modifier last.
CTRL-L --> Modifiers

Or:
If you activated the Copy Attributes Addon in the User Preferences:
CTRL-C --> Modifiers

hi motimo,

this copies all modifiers but not a specific one unfortunately.

The copy attributes addon allows you to copy selected modifiers

does anyone know if there is a way to remove a certain modifier from all selected objects as well?
in my case i have 2 subsurf modifiers on many objects and would like to remove the second one which probably will be subsurf.001
