I think a noisy image is not a unique style, but an imperfection. LOL.
What an aweful take. It’s a detail you dont seem to agree with and if you are unable to see past that that’s on you.

In this case, the noise or grain works with the style of the image quite well I think.
the sss is too high, if your eyes are normal you can definitely see it, plus the render is very noisy how can you say it’s perfect.

if you want to see a perfect 3d render take a look at zbrush top row, only a perfect 3d render is worth posting there.
perfect for you != perfect for any one else. art is subjective, and if it doesn’t work for you, so be it. i do like it, with the “imperfect” noise… i would not like it as much if every texture in it were made “realistic” to your personal standards.

Thats some hefty blend of cartoon and creepy horror vibes… love it
The nasty content of her horn of plenty is what’s selling her look, though it almost gets lost in the DOF & shadow. The hair definitely suggests a puppet character. Great expression & story! The filthy render fits just fine…
