Correct animation is not following through to Unity. Please help. :S

I made some treads:


I followed this tutorial:

But when I try to run the animation in Unity, which correctly performs in Blender, the treads just follow the original tread’s animation. Ie: Back and forth, through the wheels. Here’s a quick video I made showing the issue:

I’d really appreciate it if I could get this working. More than once Unity has just thrown up compatibility issues in my face, I don’t feel like having another one. Thanks for any help or suggestions in advance.
