Well… usually someone backs from some highpoly to some lowpoly with some UVs already unwrapped like so (with a slighlty simpliefied version of your model and a simple unwrap…):
But you have no lowpoly version of the tires at all…
With a proper unwrap you might even just use a single groove and bake some normals to a plane and use this as a simnple 2D image stampe to draw them on the UVmap…
