holes appear in my models body when i move the arm armatures i posted the blend below

It’s because the right and left side of the body aren’t attached. I can’t really see an easy way to fix it in thise case, since some parts are rotated or at an angle. Selecting the middle vertices of the body, pressing S, then X, then 0 and then removing doubles seems to work, but that doesn’t work for the face.

Are you aware of the incredible useful Mirror modifier?

i really didnt understand what you just said and yes im aware of the mirror modifier,i used it to make the mesh
