Create new object at cursor location !?

Seems I went braindead.

I am certain I always did create my new objects at the cursors location. I am also positive that there’s an option somewhere to enable it.

For some reasons my new objects are now always created at the scenes origin instead of the 3d cursor.

I think I need a subtle hint as I can’t find anymore how to enable it lol.

You broke Blender. I’m completely unable to create new objects at the scenes origin.

That’s interesting… I closed the instance where the objects weren’t created at the 3d cursor, and now objects are created at the cursor location again in the still open Blender instance…

Still works in both instances if I reopen the file where it originally didn’t work.

I must have encountered a one in a million unreproducible bug.

I had the same exact problem on a Dyntopo build , and same as you closing Blender and relaunching didn’t showed this odd behaviour anymore.
Tested then on today’s buildbot version and can’t reproduce this problem.

One of the main reasons for the ‘a’ release of 2.64a was a bug that meant not all object types were added at the curser position but at 0,0,0… Try a recent build or the 2.65RC1

I am usually running the “official” releases, in this case 2.64a x64 Windows.

Oddly enough, the issue only crops up from time to time, especially when changing between pose/object mode, and when using multiple armatures.

Good to know it’s not me, but most likely a bug.
I’ll check it on 2.65 as soon as I got time
