Creating a Realistic 3D Environment

I’ll explain how I created a 3D environment. Assets are a mix of my creations and downloads from Quixel Megascans, Bridge, and Sketchfab.

To form the cliff, I used a rock model from Bridge, converting a mesh line to a curve, resampling it, and applying a noise texture. The curve was then converted to a mesh, and rock instances were added for variation.

For the sea, I made a custom material and added boats, trees, and birds from Sketchfab. The bird distribution was achieved using a geometry node with random scaling.

To enhance realism, I added foam by importing sea foam images as planes and manually placing them.

After rendering and color correction, the environment was complete. Thank you.

Follow this tutorial and For the foam, I added a foam alpha on a plane and placed it manually above the water plane. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0SJ-__0gK_k
