Recently I had the chance to test the Gobos Lights asset pack.
An asset library for blender that comes with lots of custom lights with shadows. Some have animated shadows like the caustics one.

The results were amazing! And it only took me about 1 minute to setup everything properly.
I made this video reviewing the asset library and this is results that I got.
