Creating fluids for product demonstration

I’m trying to create an animation of a lobe pump pump as shown in the video (link below)

What would be the best way to create such fluid animation?
I assume actual fluid sims would very difficult to set up and inefficient in this? How can I fake the thing?

I would try to generate the approximate motion of the liquid and add some randomness/turbulence with geometry nodes and use “points to volume” to create a volumetric flow.

Or make it completely shader based.

Can you elaborate it a bit or any tutorial related to this? Haven’t explored geometry nodes yet.

Hi, I have found a lot of problems and I think that the simulation of fluids in Blender is not yet ready to face this kind of situations, I am very interested in this part but for now after many attempts I have decided to buy the add -on FlipFluids, which makes things simple and functional, you can try the demo version here before considering purchasing this component that solves your problem effectively.
Below also an animation reel for a case similar to your specific problem at 1:32

Oh, thanks.
I thinking to try the add-on.
