Another question! How do I activate it and what types of art ideas are covered under activation?

I wish I could buy this pen, too! 
An excerpt from the manual:
“The pen uses brain activity and electrical waves to detect when a person is suffering from lack of ideas. It then activates automatically and connects to the hand neurons and is then ready for use (flashing light on the side). The output then depends entirely on the wishes and preferences of the user.”
That’s what it says in the manual.
