A particle system affected by a turbulence force field was used to make the liquid nitrogen in the image. The particle system was set to object and a metaball was selected. In sculpt mode, the metaball was smoothed after having been converted to a mesh. The material is set as glass with an ior of water and the reflections are point lights with varying colors.
This is the first test of blender using the new 3090 GPU. With cycles set to 4K resolution and 1000 samples these images take just a few minutes to render. I hope you find the images appealing as much as I do. Thought Iād finally contribute since I come here for inspiration.
