Ctrl - PageUp and Ctrl - PageDown not working in 2.92?

I just installed 2.92 and for some reason I cannot switch the tabs using ctrl - pageup or -pagedown. I am running on a brand new Dell XPS laptop.

Is this a known issue?

Are they on the Number Pad?

No, this laptop does not have a number pad.
