Cute Bear with Flowers

I had so much fun working on this project! This was a personal challenge to see if I could recreate a cute 2D image in 3D in a way that preserves an does justice to the original concept. Some techniques used in this were texture painting and UV mapping.

For the lighting I used a large plan with an emissive material. It gave a nice diffuse lighting effect similar to how it might be on an overcast/cloudy day.

Rendered with Blender using Cycles.
