the blender3d.org site is kinda confusing about how to get the new CVS’s, so i was wondering if anyone would like to explain in laymans terms how to get the new CVS’s as they come out…

yes, that is very helpful, but where could i get a win32 binary for CVS ? it seems they only have old versions…is it only available for linux ?
