You can download a Windows CVS build here

(It’s the “Win32BlenderMMDD.zip” file. Also there have been reports that I.E. doesn’t download the file properly. FireFox/Opera/Getright all download it properly)

Don’t know about Linux, if that’s what you need, … maybe BlenderNation?

Hmm, the more sources we have the better of course, but for Windows, the link I posted is updated daily (usually), while that site is talking about monthly updates (granted if you dig into the blog entries, there are links to other “daily update” sites.

The CVS logs are the “raw” data where new features / bug fixes etc are all recorded
