Good color decision and lighting. Although I dislike that “rgb noise” filter, people add it because it adds photorealism, but it affects the quality and clearnes of the image dramatically.
It’s like a cheap way towards realism, although you did make this image look profesionally, I would give it 4,5/5. There are too many details on the image too, no place for the eyes to rest.
Buildings look awesome.
Looks downright incredible, love the attention to detail. Although I do agree with Vadrigar that there’s to much high frequency detail in the entire picture and the eyes don’t have a resting ground. Other then that everything looks like it belongs in the render which is no small accomplishment.
