A model i made some time ago but modified a little.
The likeness is model sara sampaio but i gave her a crazy hair.
Modelling and other technical stuff done in Blender,sculpting and texturing in Zbrush and Photoshop,hair in Xgen and rendering in Arnold,Maya.
