The tatoo art is both beautifully done and quite convincing. It’s also intriguing what you did on her face. She looks interesting, suitably “punkish,” and beautiful. (A woman must always look beautiful in a picture.)
The out-of-focus background also seems to be well thought out and it works well with the subject – where you can almost read the lighted lettering but not quite.

I like colors and warm atmosphere in this picture.
Cyberpunk usually is dark and cold 
If I had something to improve here, I’d play around with
poses. Her left hand is hidden. This is important part of portrait, IMO, which reflects personality (and hard piece to model too )
