Cycle Render black and white screen problem :(

I started only weeks ago to use Blender and there are a lot of stuff that I need to learn.

I was doing a project, and from the preview I see it perfectly, but then when I render the image, it comes like this.

Does someone know how can I solve it?

Check for hidden objects, press alt+h in the viewport and see if something shows up.
