Cycle render with Grass particles question

Hi, I’m making blender scene island with the ocean.
computer spec: amd 5600x, ram 64gb, RTX4070ti 12gb, win10, blender 3.6

I’m rendering this scene through Cycle mode: 1024
Each 1 frame, it takes around 1min 50sec (some frames 3min )

I think my computer spec itself isn’t that much bad, but relatively slow for rendering.
so I’m wondering myself whether if I’m doing it correctly or not.

(1) Do you guys usually render your blender scene Cycle mode above 1024?
or below than 1024?

(2) is there a way to bake ‘grass’ particle for 1~250 frames?
I believe since my blender scene has a grass on the island. it’s getting slower and slower for rendering. Even slow in the 3d viewport and shading tab,
so it’s hard to adjust something new due to too much lagging and stuttering.
That’s why I’m wondering of is there a way to bake ‘grass’ particle for 1~250frames.

I’ve watched some youtube tutorial of baking particles by clicking ‘Make Instance Reel’

But this is seem to be baking the current frame only.

Does anyone know of this?
