Deforming Ready Meshes

Hi everyone! Can someone please recommend Workflows, Tutorials or courses where i can watch some deformations over ready meshes? I mean, deformations over Rigged, UV mapped and Textured basemeshes.

For example, i have this mesh

And i’m looking forward transforming it into this:

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head that might be what you’re looking for is vector displacement, but that has limitations that you’ll have to verify work for your use case.
