Hi, I looked up a 3D modeling tutorial using blender, and one of the steps requires me to delete an edge loop. When I try this for myself, I don’t see an option to delete an edge loop like the tutorial has done. I couldn’t find anything in the manual about deleting edge loops, is there a reason why I can’t delete an edge loop while in edge select mode? I have the latest version.
How did you get the delete options ?
Did you search for Delete or press X ?
Try reverting back to defaults (File / Load Factory Settings) and trying again.
That seems to have done it, thanks. I had set the key config preset to Maya, but the option only shows up when you choose blender. Is there a way to do it with the Maya key config?
