Deleting PM messages

I was going to delete a bunch of old PM messages that were migrated but I can’t figure out how to actually delete them.

  1. I am able to select individually, or use select all option
  2. When I select them, an archive icon appears… but no delete icon
  3. Using the delete key on my keyboard does nothing to the selected messages

There used to be a limit on the number of messages you could have, so I would like to be able to delete these old messages.

Under “message”(where users are) click the “x” by your name and it will ask if you want to leave conversation. It’s on the first reply like on threads.

Thanks for the quick reply, but I’m hoping there is a better alternative. Because this method makes it extremely time consuming

  1. What is the point of having a select all feature and not be to do something … like delete?
  2. It’s like you have to go thru 3 steps for each individual message, just to delete something… I’ve probably got 50-100 old messages

Just wondering if there are any other alternatives?

There’s no limit on the number of your messages, so ‘Archive’ should do what you’re looking for?
