how do i remove a sound from a .blend after its been packed into and saved in blender?
IM not sure how to do this,
But in thory you should be able to unlink it from everything in the outliner…
save the blender file… close it
open it again… then close it…
after that it should open without the orphaned data, like how it does with materials and textures.
press f10, find button call sound block. on the left find the song tat u want to unpack. select it. den click on the present button. click remove pack.
Once you’ve removed all references (such as sound actuators) to the sound, Blender will delete it automatically after restart.
You can unlink everything and do it that way, but it’s pretty tacky. Has there just never been a “remove/delete” option made?
