I am not able to get Denoise to work because of Disabled Built without Open Image Denoise error notice

Where did you get your version of Blender? It’s neither the LTS version (2.83) nor the latest version (2.91). Did you get it from somewhere like GraphicAll? If so, perhaps whoever compiled it left out the Open Image Denoise stuff?

Regardless of all that - Try one of the current release versions from Blender.org

I think it is from Kubuntu’s Discover store. Thanks for the info. I will update my Blender to an LTS.
