Is it just me, but when rendering for photo-realistic, I’m starting to find that slightly desaturating the rendered image offers a more realistic result. Straight out of render still looks CG, but desaturate to 80% - 90% improves it no end.

This is not with highly saturated materials - I’m starting to find this across the board.

By way of example.

Raw from render

Slightly desaturated

The slightly desaturated image looks more real to me.
