Seems to be a slight crease only on one side of the horns - might help if it either followed all the way like a normal devil horn or was completely smoothed out to blend with the skull.
Other than that it’s perfect, excellent work. I love the skin around the eyes especially.

it looks pretty good, but the horns are a bit weird. cant wait to see the pictuers.
The only thing I would change, which as already been mentioned, is make the line where the horns join the head more distinct.
