this is Dewitt von Spinner known as Dewey. I make 2 comic strips about a German-American insane boy. “Dewey the Insane VS. Everybody” and “(NEW) Dewey the Insane VS. Everybody” but they failed.
I also make this because of Luigi’s mansion. I love the horror theme, but the other 2 and 3 are kinda ok, they tone down the spookiness. I want it to be scary. if nobody makes those I will. I decided to make an honor video game which not go happen, but someday.

I model him after Penny from The Rescuer. I want it to look cute and innocent but inside, he is cheeky, mischievous, and unstable with violence.
