Nice start, but what makes a diamond shine brilliantly in real life is their very high IOR (over 2) and the intricate pattern of cuts a stone receives as it is turned into jewelry.
Right now, the IOR needs to be much higher and the mesh needs to become faceted with lots of small cuts.
