Different Version Menus

I’m trying out a starter tutorial I found and I can’t find the menu item described in it.

Old one (in the tutorial):

Is the UV Face Select now somewhere else?

Yes, the moved it to the Edit Mode > Mesh menu.
U = UV Unwrap

For UV Face Select mode just stay in Edit Mode and select faces.
