Diffuse with alpha channel texture problem

Hi. I have textured a car using substance painter and export the textures using PBR metallic roughness preset. Now I have a diffuse texture with alpha channel (for windows and glasses). But when I render the diffuse texture it shows black color on windows but I set it white in substance painter. Exported diffuse texture also have the white color on window/glasses areas. How can I fix that. Thanks. (Texture file is attached)
