So many details… They fill the scene with life. I like it very much. But I would change a little detail, I would put a little more light on the left side of the clay bust. The whole scene is very nicely filled with light, while the bust has quite dark shadow on it. But You know, it’s just an opinion 
This is more realistic than it is. There is no distinction which is CG or which is due diligence. I pay tribute to your artistic philosophy of investing time and effort without neglecting any small corner on the screen. 
You’ve jumped right over the uncanny valley and successfully achieved a completely credible replica of real life. Bravo!
